HOT ROASTED SALMON
One of our newer products, but also one of our fastest growing sellers, Hot Roast Salmon is also known as Kiln Baked or Flaky Salmon. This Smoked product is prepared by smoking and then roasting the Salmon effectively cooking the fish. This produces a flaky texture prefect for salads, pasta dishes, canapés.
We have a number of recipies in our recipe section to provide you with inspiration. Our favourite is a Hot Roast Salmon, Avocado and pea shoot salad with a Créme Fraiche and Horseradish sauce!
