As with our premium farmed produce, our Organic certified Salmon is produced in fast flowing waters with even lower stocking densities to allow the fish the space to develop whilst being fed on only organic feed.
This is the finest of farmed Salmon and has a wonderful texture and flavour which many prefer to Wild Salmon due to a sustainable source and flavour to match. This is fast becoming one of our most popular products and is our managing directors favourite!
