Traditionally cured with Dill and Juniper our Gravadlax recipe is a closely guarded secret and makes a delicious alternative to Smoked Salmon.
Our 200g packs serve 2-3 people as a starter and come supplied with a sachet of our famous Dill & Mustard sauce.
Prepared using our premium farmed Salmon, this product is not smoked but prepared using age old Scandinavian curing methods. The Salmon is brined and marinated in a blend of herbs and spices which include Dill, Juniper and Molasses which impart wonderful flavour.
