Our newest product, this take on Scandinavian gravadlax uses our beautiful Scottish Salmon which is infused with beetroot during the curing process.
The result is a vibrantly coloured product with a fantastic earthy taste from the beetroot.
Beetroot Gravadalax is a great alternative to traditional Gravadlax or Smoked Salmon. We like it atop a herby blini but it would be just as delicious with a salad or on an open sandwich - very Scandinavian!!
