200g Ardtaraig Lapsang Tea Smoked Salmon
Whilst we are not into fad’s or fashionable items, we do love the idea of pairing our delicious Salmon with complimentary flavours.
We add Lapsang Souchong Tea during the smoking process, which provides a secondary level of smokiness to our beautiful salmon without adding extra oil content.
Only noticable towards the end of each mouthful, the lapsang which is already smoked provides a complex aftertaste which compliments the lightly smoked salmon.
