Hot Smoked in London Brick Kilns our Hot Roast salmon has a flaky texture and is absolutely delicious.

Scottish salmon is smoked and then roasted which gives the flavour of smoked salmon but the texture of cooked fish.

So, it is incredibly versatile and perfect as an ingredient in pasta dishes, salads, risotto, canapes - the possibilities are almost endless.

Our Hot Roast Salmon is available in 180g packs (with the salmon already sliced) or as a 900g whole side.
