Our smoked fish produce is some of the finest available anywhere. In this section you will find all of our smoked fish products from our famous Traditional Smoked Scottish Salmon, to Premium Organic Smoked Salmon, Gravadlax, Rainbow Trout, Kippers and more.
All of our fish is responsibly sourced and lovingly prepared to the highest of standards.
Our signature smoke uses a combination of Oak and Beech, using an age old recipe and smoked in original London Brick Kilns. This produces a medium-light smoke flavour allowing the flavour of our wonderful fish to shine through. These products are not overly oily and just melt in the mouth, not matter what you choose.
