Scottish Cured Gravadlax
Prepared using our premium farmed Salmon, this product in not smoked but prepared using age old Scandinavian curing methods.
Brined and marinated in a secret blend of herbs and spices which include Dill, Juniper and Molasses, this wonderful product has a similar texture to Smoked Salmon and a wonderful infused flavour from the herbs and spices used in its preparation.
If you love smoked salmon and have not tried gravadlax, give this a try as you are sure to love it.

Available in 200g packs, new for 2021, 500g Sides or 907g sides, all of our Scottish Gravadlax comes D-Sliced.
