Crafted from our premium farmed salmon, this product is not smoked but made using traditional Scandinavian curing methods.

Cured in a blend of herbs and spices, including dill, juniper, and molasses, our gravadlax offers a texture similar to smoked salmon, with a distinctive, aromatic flavor from the herbs and spices.

If you're a fan of smoked salmon but haven't tried gravadlax, this is a must-try—you'll likely fall in love with it.

We also occasionally offer organic gravadlax, so be sure to check the organic section of our website for availability.

Available in 200g packs, 500g sides, and 907g sides, all of our Scottish gravadlax is D-sliced for your convenience.
