Our Scottish Gravadlax is crafted using a classic Scandinavian curing method designed to enhance the natural purity and texture of exceptional salmon.

Carefully Cured, Never Smoked

Using the finest Scottish salmon, we create a delicate cure of fresh dill, demerara sugar, cracked pepper, and sea salt. The salmon is gently marinated to develop its distinctive fresh and aromatic character.

Ardtaraig ship on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays and we only use premium courier services.

Our courier costs are £7.00 + VAT (UK Mainland) and £9.95 (H&I) for up to 20kgs to one address, for a fish only order.
Our hampers incur individual delivery charges of £7.00 + VAT (UK Mainland) and £9.95 (H&I) due to size and weight.

Deliveries are sent on a next day service but can occasionally take longer. We pack all of our deliveries to transit for a minimum of 48hrs.
