Beetroot Gravadlax
Now a firm favourite, this take on Scandinavian Gravadlax uses beautiful Scottish Salmon which is infused with Beetroot during the curing process.
The result is a wonderfully coloured product with a fantastic added sweet and earthy taste from the Beetroot.
This is a a great alternative to traditional Gravadlax or Smoked Salmon and is available in either a 200g pack and 500g or 900g side both of which are D-Sliced.
