General Ardtaraig Fine Foods are entitled to refuse any order placed by you. On order acceptance, we will send you a confirmatory e-mail. We will not disclose your e-mail address to a third party. You undertake that all details supplied by you are correct for the purpose of ordering and that the credit card you are using is your own.
Liability We do our utmost to ensure that the information on this website is accurate. However we cannot guarantee this. Ardtaraig Fine Foods does not accept liability for any errors and omissions and we reserve the right to change products, descriptions and prices from time to time. However, we will ensure speedy correction of any errors and/or omissions after being notified of them. Ardtaraig Fine Foods will only be liable for direct loss up to a maximum total of the product purchased in respect of any claim.
Shipping and Handling: Within the United Kingdom, all orders are sent using DPD courier.
Delivery Schedule: We normally dispatch your order within 3 days of receipt between Mondays and Wednesdays and in the UK orders should ordinarily be received within 48 hours of dispatch but occasionally may take longer.
Christmas gift orders are dispatched around the 12th to 20th of December to arrive in good time. Should you require a delivery date for us to aim for please let us know.
We will always endeavour to deliver your items on your chosen date, however please be aware that this is a "preferred delivery date system" and we cannot be held responsible if there are delays outwith of our control within the delivery networks.
Refund Policy, Returns and Non Delivery
Upon receipt of your goods, should you be dissatisfied with your products, please contact us directly on firstname.lastname@example.org or 01292 521000 to discuss your issue. We will always reasonably endeavour to ensure the satisfaction of our customers.
Please send an image of the damaged product along with your Order Number and an explanation of the problem. If the products are faulty through no fault of your own, we will happily replace or refund the affected item/s.
We do not accept returns due to the perishable nature of our goods. We will however, we will replace or refund against undelivered or damaged consignments and, on a case by case basis discuss any issues our customers may have with our products.
Occasionally some packages can be delayed or even undelivered by the courier. Please contact us as soon as you have any concerns about your parcel. Ardtaraig cannot be held responsible for parcels which are undelivered or mis-routed due to incomplete or incorrect addresses or telephone numbers given by the customer at point of order.
Please make sure you are happy with your Basket before making payment and completing your order. Please check your Order Confirmation email to review the details of the order that you have submitted. Ardtaraig Ltd cannot be held liable for acting in good faith on incorrect information received. This includes the provision of your recipients contact telephone numbers as these are essential for our couriers to successfully deliver your goods.
Back Orders: If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be e-mailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Credit Card Security: We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
