We have quite the following for our Scottish kippers. They are huge and outrageously good.
We know that kippers divide the crowd but for those that love them we promise you will not be disappointed! Most people who acquire a taste for them cannot get enough of them.
The only thing is whether your loved ones will allow you to make them in the kitchen... P.s. - they're pretty good on a barbecue or camp fire too!
Specially prepared and a great size, they are a truly special product. Bake in the oven or grill with lots of butter and then adorn with chopped parsley and a squeeze of lemon.
All you then need is some hot buttered toast and a very large mug of tea.
