    This was my first purchase from Ardtaraig: two sides of unsliced salmon. I’d used another supplier for 20 years so the change was made with some trepidation. In the event, I shouldn’t have worried since the salmon tasted fantastic. With frisée lettuce, with scrambled eggs, in croustades or on an open sandwich the result was the same: a clean, deep, rich, full flavour that delighted us. I’ll be back again!
