Oh joy! Today I received my 3 sides of gorgeous smoked salmon. My first order in July from Ardatraig was delicious sliced smoked salmon, so I was very confident that my Christmas order would be just as good. And, having spent the past hour unpacking the three sides and putting numerous well wrapped portions away in the freezer, I can confirm that every side is delicious - well, of course, I had to taste before freezing! Many thanks to Peter Mortimer for his wonderful help processing my order. In June/July I will be running out again, so another order will be necessary. Well done the Ardatraig team and Happy Christmas to you all.
