    We used to procure smoked salmon from a Scottish ghillie who supplied us with the most wonderful lightly smoked and not oily salmon. Sadly he retired and we looked around for another source. We tried Ardtaraig and were so wonderfully pleased to have found another supplier who provides salmon equal to, if not better, than our previous supplier. We were extremely happy with the purchase and will definitely be procuring again from them.

    This is an excellent product. BUT the one we buy from our local fish merchant is better so room to improve. Our local only supplies his at Christmas.

    The item il ordered arrived in perfect condition , the salmon had a delicate flavour and was enjoyed by one and all. I would not only highly recommend this product , l would also order again for a special occasion.
