We believe great smoked salmon begins with outstanding ingredients. That’s why we use only responsibly sourced Scottish salmon, traditionally cured with salt and demerara sugar before being gently smoked over Oak and Beech wood.

Delivery Information

Ardtaraig ship on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays and we only use premium courier services.

Our courier costs are £6.95 + VAT (UK Mainland) and £9.95 (H&I) for up to 20kgs to one address, for a fish only order.
Our hampers incur individual delivery charges of £6.95 + VAT (UK Mainland) and £9.95 (H&I) due to size and weight.

Deliveries are sent on a next day service but can occasionally take longer. We pack all of our deliveries to transit for a minimum of 48hrs.

It’s the first time we gave been to enjoy Christmas Day with our family in Essex. The Smoked Salmon was lovely and added to our family’s enjoyed of Christmas Day breakfast (smoked salmon with scrambled egg!) - excellent

I life you usually get what you pay for and this was so true about our smoked salmon side Everyone in the family said it was the best we had ever tasted and that the depth of the smoke was perfect If you want a treat for a special occasion this is the perfect product for you
