I buy my elderly in laws some salmon every Christmas time. They were both delighted with the product and commented on how delicious and fresh it was and beautifully presented.

This was a first time order but we will definitely do again and well before next Christmas. We bought two packs and they arrived beautifully chilled. We have frozen one for NYE given our smaller Christmas numbers. We thought it a beautiful product with a subtle smoked taste and a lovely texture. We plated up some for Mum and Dad who are isolating and in their 90s/ late 80s and left it for them on the doorstep They thought it the nicest smoked salmon they had ever tasted! We were thrilled as it’s been such a tough time for them

A quote from the recipient - "I am very impressed with the packaging! The salmon was in an ice cold bag, that held a cool gel pack. This is still solid! Then there was some form of foam padding. Needless to say, the salmon was very cold and has gone straight into the fridge. A big thank you! I shall indulge myself quite soon, I think! I need to make sure it is ok!"

My sister really enjoyed the salmon. The packaging to keep the product cold during transportation was very efficient.
The delivery date was actually one day earlier than what was asked for, but this was not an issue. All in all a very good result. After 2 successful Xmas purchases in 2019 & 2020, I will return for another order in November 2021
