We believe great smoked salmon begins with outstanding ingredients. That’s why we use only responsibly sourced Scottish salmon, traditionally cured with salt and demerara sugar before being gently smoked over Oak and Beech wood.

Delivery Information

Ardtaraig ship on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays and we only use premium courier services.

Our courier costs are £7.00 + VAT (UK Mainland) and £9.95 (H&I) for up to 20kgs to one address, for a fish only order.
Our hampers incur individual delivery charges of £7.00 + VAT (UK Mainland) and £9.95 (H&I) due to size and weight.

Deliveries are sent on a next day service but can occasionally take longer. We pack all of our deliveries to transit for a minimum of 48hrs.

We ordered this for Christmas gifts. The comments were that it was lovely salmon. Delivery was as expected. Delighted, made great gifts.

I buy my elderly in laws some salmon every Christmas time. They were both delighted with the product and commented on how delicious and fresh it was and beautifully presented.

This was a first time order but we will definitely do again and well before next Christmas. We bought two packs and they arrived beautifully chilled. We have frozen one for NYE given our smaller Christmas numbers. We thought it a beautiful product with a subtle smoked taste and a lovely texture. We plated up some for Mum and Dad who are isolating and in their 90s/ late 80s and left it for them on the doorstep They thought it the nicest smoked salmon they had ever tasted! We were thrilled as it’s been such a tough time for them
