We believe great smoked salmon begins with outstanding ingredients. That’s why we use only responsibly sourced Scottish salmon, traditionally cured with salt and demerara sugar before being gently smoked over Oak and Beech wood.

Delivery Information

Ardtaraig ship on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays and we only use premium courier services.

Our courier costs are £7.00 + VAT (UK Mainland) and £9.95 (H&I) for up to 20kgs to one address, for a fish only order.
Our hampers incur individual delivery charges of £7.00 + VAT (UK Mainland) and £9.95 (H&I) due to size and weight.

Deliveries are sent on a next day service but can occasionally take longer. We pack all of our deliveries to transit for a minimum of 48hrs.

    Absolutely delicious. Flavour was well balanced; not too smoky and salmon was beautifully moist. Will definitely purchase again.

    I bought this as a present for my nephew and his wife as a "Thank you" for being so considerate. During the lockdown when we could not buy any bread flour they bought a sack from a local mill, bagged it and sent us four bags! They loved the salmon. S

    This makes an excellent present for someone who has everything. Wonderful taste and the D slice makes it easy to serve. I really cant praise this enough. We have been serving this at all the major family occasions, Christmas, Easter etc. You WILL NOT be dissapointed
