    The salmon tasted very good. My only criticism would be that it was not easy to find the edge of each slice.

    I had ordered this product for some of my family and for a couple of friends, all Christmas presents. As on previous occasions, we were all of the opinion that the salmon was outstanding and probably the best we ever tasted.
