    The difference is the taste and the texture that makes it so delicious. With the whole side there is a little oil when opening the packet so unless you are eating the whole thing in one go, I recommend placing into a large tuppaware so it doesn’t leak in the fridge (like it did in mine lol). This is our second Christmas buying it and it makes the most special breakfasts and canapés. Divine and such a treat.
