    Utterly beyond my ability to describe how delightful this was.. Subtle, super flavour, lite on the smoke, but this did not distract from the quality, 100% in my opinion as one tasted the fish, AS WELL as the smoke. My choice of supplier from now on.

    Do NOT be reticent to try this superb offering. Delicacy and taste are ONE here, as is complete satisfaction on all levels. I have yet to try other offerings, but the Salmon is far beyond simple delight.

    Always excellent for my family at Christmas, arrives timeously,very well packaged and ready to serve. Last Christmas our family had Covid do our Xmas dinner was postponed until 6th January,but the salmon was still excellent having been kept in the refrigerator.
