Ardtaraig Traditional Smoked Scottish Salmon Pack (200g pack D sliced)
Quite simply our most popular product that we sell.
Our 200g pack of Ardtaraig Smoked Scottish Salmon is quite unlike anything you will find in the supermarket.
Our Scottish Salmon is smoked gently over a mixture of Oak and Beech wood in traditional London brick kilns using age old smoking techniques. This provides a wonderful light smoke that does not overpower the delicate flavour of our Salmon.
This pack will serve 2-3 people for breakfast or as a starter
Ardtaraig Smoked Scottish Rainbow Trout (200g pack D sliced)
More delicate in flavour that our Traditional Smoked Salmon and a firm favourite in our house. Smoked in the same way as our salmon, it makes a lovely alternative and is great in canapés, for breakfast or as a starter.
Findlaters Chicken Liver Paté with Port & Brandy (120g)
Findlater's signature paté - a decadent, smooth chicken liver pate finished with Brandy & Port. So delicious it was awarded a Great Taste Gold award in 2011.
Findlater's started life as a restaurant and delicatessen in Linlithgow in 2004. In the delicatessen they sold handmade paté (produced in the restaurant kitchen) which was such a success that they decided to build a much bigger kitchen to cope with demand.
Findlater's patés are still hand made in small batches, using equipment and methods you'd expect to see in a high quality restaurant kitchen. This enables them to deliver exceptional flavours and textures.
Findlaters Duck Paté with Apricots Poached in Cointreau (120g)
Rich, smooth Duck liver paté is balanced beautifully with scrumptiously sweet pieces of Cointreau-poached apricot. Another Great Taste Gold award winner.

Rocket Monkey Roastery Major Tom Coffee 250g (Ground for Cafetiere)
One of our newest partnerships, Rocket Monkey Roastery have a unique name and even more special product. The coffee that they produce is taking the artisan coffee industry by storm. All of their coffee is produced from single high estate varietals taken from only the best Grade A Specialty beans and, of course, 100% Arabica.
This particular product is produced by hand roasting beans from the Mogiana region of Brazil to create a smooth and creamy coffee with notes of toffee and caramel.
It has been specifically roasted for cafetiere or french press and is perfect for drinking at breakfast time or indeed, any time.

Established in 1971 by Nigel Hesketh, Galloway Lodge Preserves has grown into one of the most popular and successful producers of high quality marmalade, jams, chutney, jelly and mustard in Scotland. Now run by Fiona Hesketh with help from her two sons Sholto and Ruaridh and their very able staff (Mango & Chilli the cats and Lola the spaniel are not much use though) they are a true family business that is obsessed with the quality of their product and ensuring that each jar that they produce is as good as the last.
Only the finest ingredients are used and each variety is cooked in small batches using traditional methods - this guarantees a quality product with an authentic taste.

Bare Bones Chocolate is a micro-batch, bean to bar chocolate company based in Glasgow intent on highlighting the importance of good chocolate which is free from emulsifiers and additives. Their award-winning single-origin Madagascar 70% is a dark chocolate with taste notes of maple syrup and cherry with a raspberry jam finish. Beautifully rich and without the bitterness commonly associated with dark chocolate.
