Ardtaraig has been providing our customers with the finest quality Smoked Scottish Salmon for 40 years. Our fish is lightly smoked in London brick kilns using a mixture of Oak and Beech woods. This produces a wonderful taste and texture allowing the natural flavour of our beautiful Scottish Salmon to shine through.

All of our salmon is responsibly sourced and comes from farms situated in the fast flowing waters of the North of Scotland. With low stocking densities and good quality feeding we can ensure that all of our fish are firm in texture and have great flavour. We know where each individual fish has come from and how it has been treated providing us with the certainty that you are receiving the best possible produce of consistently excellent quality and quite unlike anything you would find on the supermarket shelf.

Gifting Service

A large number of our deliveries are sent as presents to loved ones, friends and as 'thank you's so we always include a gift card containing your own personalised message. To make it even more special, all of our larger packed products can also be presented in our Ardtaraig Gold Gift Box.
