200g Ardtaraig Smoked Scottish Salmon
Quite simply our most popular product that we sell.
Our 200g pack of Ardtaraig Smoked Scottish Salmon is quite unlike anything you will find in the supermarket.
Our Scottish Salmon is smoked gently over a mixture of Oak and Beech wood in traditional London brick kilns using age old smoking techniques. This provides a wonderful light smoke that does not overpower the delicate flavour of our Salmon.

200g Ardtaraig Scottish cured Gravadlax
Our Gravadlax is a really special product. Cured rather than smoked Scandinavian methods with a combination of Dill, Juniper and Molasses, this is a brilliant alternative to smoked salmon.

200g Ardtaraig Smoked Rainbow Trout
Our Smoked Scottish Rainbow Trout has a much more delicate flavour than our smoked salmon. It is smoked using the same traditional methods in London brick kilns and is a great alternative to Smoked Salmon.
Of course if you have both, as you do in this box, you can taste the difference for yourself.

Findlater's signature paté - a decadent, smooth chicken liver pate finished with Brandy & Port.

Findlaters started life as a restaurant and delicatessen in Linlithgow in 2004. In the delicatessen they sold handmade paté (made in the restaurant kitchen) which was such a success that they decided to build a much bigger kitchen to cope with demand.
Findlaters' pates are still hand made in small batches, using equipment and methods you'd expect to see in a high quality restaurant kitchen. This enables them to deliver exceptional flavours and textures.

Rich, smooth Duck liver pate is balanced beautifully with scrumptiously sweet pieces of Cointreau-poached apricot.
