    Wonderful to enjoy the Smoked Salmon and Gravadlax over the Christmas period; as good as ever. We are saving the Smoked Trout in the freezer for a February celebration. Thank you also for the brilliant delivery service

    I always send my sister smoked salmon as a Christmas gift. This year she reported as the best yet and the whole family enjoyed the salmon for Christmas brunch. Will buy again for sure.
