The market for gin in the UK has exploded in recent times and with the introduction of our newest speciality salmon, Gin infused Scottish Salmon, we couldn't not create a gift box around this beautiful product.
Starting with our gin infused Smoked Scottish Salmon, we have sourced a beautiful bottle of locally produced Hills & Harbour Scottish Gin, added some of Fever Tree's best tonic, some very special keralan green pepper that can go in the gin as well as on the Salmon.
