Delicious Scottish Salmon traditionally cured with Dill and Juniper. A wonderful alternative to Smoked Salmon.
Using traditional Scandinavian methods, our premium farmed salmon is brined and marinated in a secret blend of herbs and spices including Dill, Juniper and Molasses which imparts absolutely tons of flavour. It also looks beautiful: the dark green Dill contrasting with the vibrant coral of the Salmon.
We are occasionally able to offer Organic Gravadlax. Keep an eye out for it on the organic section of our website.
