Cured rather than smoked, this makes a wonderful alternative to Smoked salmon.
Using traditional Scandinavian methods, our premium farmed salmon is brined and then marinated in a secret blend of herbs and spices including Dill, Juniper and Molasses imparting absolutely tons of extra flavour to our already delicious fish. It also looks stunning on the plate with the bold contrast of the dark green dill against the vibrant coral of the salmon.
