Ardtaraig Scottish Gravadlax

Delicious Scottish Salmon traditionally cured with Dill and Juniper. A wonderful alternative to Smoked Salmon.

Using traditional Scandinavian methods, our premium farmed salmon is brined and marinated in a secret blend of herbs and spices including Dill, Juniper and Molasses which imparts absolutely tons of flavour. It also looks beautiful: the dark green Dill contrasting with the vibrant coral of the Salmon.

Our 200g packs of this product come provided with a sachet of our signature dill and mustard sauce which is the perfect accompaniment. If you wish to have this with our full sized side we can provide jars or sachets upon request.
